What we pay, and when

Our payout terms, in public. Affiliates, creators and practitioners can see exactly what they earn before they start, and we’re held to it.

Affiliates

Referral fees on every plan

Share your link. When someone buys a plan through it, you earn level 1. When someone you brought into the affiliate program makes a sale, you earn level 2, which is half of their level 1. Nobody beyond level 2 is paid.

Creators and experts

Your share of what you sell in the Store

Courses, programs, packs and expert answers sold in members’ vaults. Your share is worked out on what’s left after the card fee (2.9% + 30¢), and it depends on who brought the buyer.

Whole dollars per sale, per month for monthly items. Affiliate fees on plans are paid on top.

Practitioners and Pro sites

Your own sales stay yours

Memberships, programs and groups you sell on your own Pro site are yours. We keep only the card fee (2.9% + 30¢). That includes the monthly memberships your members pay you and any mentoring group you run.

How and when

Getting paid

60-day holdEach amount is held 60 days after the payment it comes from, to cover disputes and refunds.
Monthly, from $25Paid each month once your payable balance is at least $25.
Bank transfer through StripeYou enter your bank details once on Stripe’s secure form. We never see them.
Refunds and chargebacksTaken from future payouts; if none cover it within 90 days, it’s repaid.
StatementsEvery sale, fee, refund and payout, line by line.
Tax formsA W-9 or W-8 before your first payout; we issue forms where required.
