Between 1WD LLC and each doctor, creator or business that works with 1WD to create content sold in the MinuteLaunch Library (“Publisher”). Replaces the Seller and Publisher Agreement of 8 October. Where a Publisher has a signed order form or services contract with 1WD, that controls if the two conflict. Last updated: 27 October 2026.
9.1 What this covers
MinuteLaunch doesn’t host outside sellers. Everything in the MinuteLaunch Library is made or curated by 1WD, or made with a Publisher under this agreement.
Digital goods only: courses, course packs, experts, libraries, branded Hubs and consultation templates, delivered into the buyer’s vault.
A Publisher’s profile may list its other products. Physical products, or anything sold elsewhere, link out: the buyer pays there, and 1WD takes no payment and delivers nothing.
No medical or other professional services are sold through 1WD. Booking tools only schedule and take no payment. Anything the Publisher charges for a service is between the Publisher and its client.
9.2 Selling
1WD sells access to the Publisher’s items under the MinuteLaunch name, as seller of record, through the MinuteLaunch checkout.
The Publisher may market its items anywhere, including with a buy button on its own website. That button uses the MinuteLaunch checkout. The Publisher’s own payment account never takes payment for Library items.
1WD reviews each item before it goes live (rights, consent of anyone shown, quality, notices and price), sets the final price with the Publisher, and may withdraw an item at any time.
Paid material is protected: course lessons open only to people with access, and source material is used only to make answers, never shown or downloaded.
9.3 Money
Fees come off the top. From each sale, Stripe’s processing, billing and payout fees, and any taxes collected, are deducted first.
Then costs, then the split. Hosting and delivery costs agreed in the order form come off next, and the rest is divided at the rate in the Publisher’s order form or 1WD’s published rate card. No affiliate commission is paid on Library items.
Holding and payouts. The Publisher’s share is held for 60 days after each sale, then paid monthly by bank transfer through Stripe once the balance is at least $25. Bank details go directly to Stripe through its secure form.
Statements show every sale, fee, cost, refund, dispute and payout, tied to the transaction.
The Publisher provides a W-9 or W-8. 1WD issues tax forms where required.
9.4 Refunds and disputes
Buyers are refunded only under the Billing Policy, or where the law requires. The Publisher’s share of a refunded sale is reversed.
If a buyer disputes a charge with their bank, Stripe’s dispute fees are charged to the Publisher’s balance, and returned if the dispute is won. The Publisher provides evidence promptly when asked.
Anything the Publisher’s balance doesn’t cover is deducted from future payouts. If it isn’t covered within 90 days, the Publisher repays it.
1WD may give a refund where the law requires, after telling the Publisher.
9.5 Content
The Publisher keeps ownership of its content.
The Publisher grants 1WD a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for as long as this agreement lasts, to host, copy, format and display its content; sell access to it; convert it into course packs; let Coach and the Hub use it to answer customers who have access; and use the Publisher’s name, likeness and short excerpts to market it.
Experts based on the Publisher follow the AI expert rules in the AI Disclaimer: an AI, in the third person, labelled as AI, never the person.
Customers keep the editions they acquired if the Publisher later withdraws an item, without further updates.
The Publisher promises that it owns or has the rights to everything it supplies; the content doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law; health and other claims are truthful and substantiated and presented as education, not personal advice; it supplies no protected health information; and it has written consent from anyone whose likeness or voice appears.
9.6 Customers, term and other terms
1WD shares what’s needed to support the Publisher’s buyers (name, email and what they bought). The Publisher may use it only to serve them and may not sell it or send unsolicited marketing.
Either side may end this agreement on 30 days’ notice. 1WD may suspend sales immediately for a serious breach, a high refund or dispute rate, legal risk, or a Stripe requirement. Final payouts are made after the last holding period, less anything owed.
The Publisher defends and compensates 1WD against claims arising from its content or breach. Each side’s liability is limited to amounts paid or payable to the Publisher in the previous 12 months, except for indemnity, confidentiality or misuse of intellectual property. Disputes follow section 3, using the commercial rules, in Lake County, Illinois. Illinois law applies. The parties are independent contractors.
