Terms of Service

Applies to: every customer of Solo, Team, Pro, One Site, Agency and Campaign, and everyone who uses a MinuteLaunch site, vault, app or assistant. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

1.1 Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 1WD LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("1WD," "we," "us"). We sell and operate the MinuteLaunch services, including MinuteLaunch Vault (Solo, Team and Pro), MinuteLaunch One Site and Agency, the Campaign service, the Ask Fernando assistant ("Fernando" or "Coach"), the Hub, MinuteLaunch Apps, the MinuteLaunch Library and its Expert Library, and the websites at 1wd.tv and minutelaunch.com (together, the "Services"). By buying, signing in to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they mention: the Billing, Refund and Usage Policy, the Complaints and Dispute Resolution terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, the AI and Health Disclaimer, the Content, Course Pack and Copyright Policy, and the Expert Library Take-Down Policy. Publishers, Expert Partners and affiliates also agree to their own agreements in this set.

If you use the Services for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

1.2 Your vault

  • What it is. A vault is a private website we create, host and manage for you, with the apps your plan includes. Solo, Team and Pro vaults are private by default and are not meant to be indexed by search engines. Pages you choose to publish, such as a front page or sales page, are public.
  • Your content is yours. You own what you put in your vault: your files, notes, records, pages and media ("Your Content"). You give us permission to host, copy, process, back up and display Your Content only as needed to run the Services for you, including sending it to the AI and service providers that power the features you use.
  • We run the system. We keep administrator access to every vault so we can build it, update it, secure it, fix it and support it. We won't look at Your Content except to provide or protect the Services, to help when you ask, or when the law requires.
  • Hosting. Vaults run on third-party hosting chosen by us. We may move a vault between hosts or servers without notice if its address and Your Content are kept.
  • Plan limits. Each plan includes the apps, seats and allowances described at checkout or in your My Dash. Some apps are installed but switched off until your plan, your starter kit, a purchase or a gift turns them on.
  • Storage. Every vault includes 5 GB of storage, on every plan. It's a firm limit: when a vault is full, new uploads stop until you add storage or remove files. Nothing already saved is deleted. We may raise a vault's limit, or give extra storage, at our discretion.
  • Backups. We take reasonable steps to back up vaults, but we don't promise that every version of Your Content can be restored. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

1.3 Accounts, sign-in and security

  • Keep your sign-in details and devices secure. You're responsible for activity under your account unless it results from our failure to take reasonable security measures.
  • We may sign you in with one-time links sent to your email. Anyone with access to your email can use them, so protect it.
  • Tell us right away at help@wplaunchify.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
  • The account holder is the owner of the vault. People you invite (family members, team members, clients) use it under your account and these Terms. You're responsible for who you invite.

1.4 Plans, renewal, Apps and Library

  • Prices. Solo, Team, Pro, One Site and Agency are billed annually in advance. A Campaign is billed once. Prices are shown at checkout.
  • Automatic renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll remind you before an annual renewal. You can cancel any time from My Account; cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid term.
  • Price changes. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change. It takes effect at your next renewal.
  • MinuteLaunch Apps and MinuteLaunch Library. Inside your vault you can buy apps, AI credit, Voice time, storage, courses, course packs, experts, branded Hubs and other digital items. Only the account holder of a Solo, Team or Pro vault buys, and is responsible for every purchase. People you invite into your vault can't buy; they can start a vault of their own.
  • Card on file. You authorize us to charge the card you saved for renewals and for each purchase you confirm, including the quantity you choose. Each purchase needs your confirmation. Every item goes through checkout, even when it's free, and we send a receipt for every order. We set a default monthly spending limit and ask you to confirm before going over it.
  • Apps are yearly. An app bought partway through your plan year is priced up to your vault's renewal date, so your vault has one renewal date. Storage is monthly.
  • Digital goods only. Everything sold is digital and delivered into your vault. Links to products sold elsewhere take you to that seller; we take no payment for them and deliver nothing.
  • Upgrades. If you move to a higher plan, we credit the unused part of your current term toward the new one, as shown before you confirm.
  • Full details are in the Billing, Refund and Usage Policy.

1.5 AI features

Fernando, the Hub and other AI features generate answers, text, images and other output using third-party AI models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional advice. Check anything important before relying on it. See the AI and Health Disclaimer. AI features use your vault's AI credit, and Coach's spoken conversations use your Voice time; when either runs out, that feature pauses until you add more.

Some experts are based on a real person's published teaching. They are always an AI, labelled as AI, and never the person. They answer in the third person ("Dr. X's teaching says…"), and the person hasn't reviewed their answers unless the expert carries the Partner mark. See the Content Policy, section 7.5.

1.6 Third-party services

The Services depend on providers such as Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, AI model and routing providers, voice and email providers, and others we choose. We pay these providers and manage the accounts; you don't need your own. Their outages or changes can affect the Services. We may change providers at any time. Where a plan lets you connect your own account with a provider, that provider's terms also apply to you.

1.7 Your responsibilities

  • Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the law.
  • Have the rights to everything you upload, and the consent of anyone whose personal information, image or voice you put into the Services.
  • Don't put another person's health information into the Services unless you're allowed to. If you are a healthcare provider, see 1.8.

1.7A Experts you build

You can build AI experts for your own use in your vault, including from public material about real people. They're private to your vault and are Your Content. You may not publish, sell or share them outside your vault, present them as the real person, or use them to suggest the person endorses anything. You're responsible for them.

1.8 Healthcare providers

The Services are not designed to store or process protected health information on behalf of a healthcare provider or health plan. Unless 1WD has signed a separate written Business Associate Agreement with you, don't use the Services to store or send your patients' protected health information. Personal health records a person keeps about themselves and their own family in ML Health are their own records, not a provider's.

1.9 Our intellectual property

The Services, our software, designs, brands (including MinuteLaunch, Ask Fernando and the Fernando character) and our content belong to 1WD or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use them while your plan is active, within these Terms. Don't copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer them except where the law allows. Feedback you give us can be used freely.

1.10 Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or end access to any part of the Services if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, don't pay, put others at risk, or if the law requires. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • When a plan ends, your vault goes into a holding state for 60 days. During that time you can renew or ask us for an export of Your Content. After that, we may delete the vault and Your Content.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (payment owed, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, disputes) survive termination.

1.11 Disclaimers

Apart from what we expressly promise in these Terms, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

1.12 Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, 1WD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. 1WD's total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

1.13 Indemnity

If you use the Services for a business, you'll defend and compensate 1WD for third-party claims arising from Your Content, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

1.14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version with a new date and, for material changes, email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the change.

1.15 Disputes, governing law and notices

Illinois law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled under the Complaints and Dispute Resolution terms (section 3): first a complaint to us, then, if not resolved, binding individual arbitration in Lake County, Illinois. Notices to us go to 1WD LLC, Illinois, at help@wplaunchify.com. We send notices to your account email.

1.16 General

These Terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between us about the Services. If part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
