Acceptable Use Policy

Part of the Terms of Service, and binding on customers, invited users, publishers, Expert Partners and affiliates. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

Don’t use the Services, or let anyone use your vault, to:

  1. break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
  2. infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, including uploading another person’s voice or likeness without written consent;
  3. send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or email lists that didn’t opt in;
  4. sell or promote anything illegal, dangerous, or on Stripe’s list of prohibited or restricted businesses;
  5. offer medical diagnosis or treatment, or make health claims about products or services, unless you’re licensed and allowed to do so. You must comply with FTC and FDA advertising rules;
  6. harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate or discriminate against anyone;
  7. create or share sexual content involving minors, content that sexualizes minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
  8. generate deceptive AI content meant to mislead people about who said or did something, including fake endorsements or reviews;
  9. use any Expert to impersonate the real person it’s based on, suggest they endorse something, or publish its output as their words;
  10. attack, probe, overload or bypass the security or limits of the Services, or access another customer’s vault;
  11. resell, share or relay AI credit, Voice time, AI access or service capacity outside your own vault, or use the Services to build a competing service;
  12. copy, extract or redistribute paid course or source material, including by asking an AI to recite it;
  13. scrape or harvest data from the Services, except through the tools we provide;
  14. upload malware, or use the Services to host phishing or other malicious content.

We may remove content, pause features or suspend accounts that break this policy. Where reasonable, we’ll explain why and give you a chance to fix it. Report abuse to help@wplaunchify.com.
