Content, Course Pack and Copyright Policy

Part of the Terms of Service and the Publisher Agreement. Last updated: 27 October 2026.

7.1 Official content and your own content

  • Official content is courses, course packs, experts, libraries, creator material and branded Hubs in the MinuteLaunch Library. It’s made or curated by 1WD, or by publishers we work with, and made available to you by plan, starter kit, purchase or gift.
  • Your own content is what you bring into your vault. It stays yours and private to you, under the Terms of Service.

7.2 Your licence to official content

  • When you get access to official content, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, watch and use it, and to let Fernando and the Hub search and cite it for you. The licence covers your own use and, where your plan allows, the members of your vault.
  • You may not copy, republish, resell, share outside your vault, or use official content to train an AI model, unless its owner allows it in writing.
  • The owner (1WD, or the publisher or creator) keeps all rights.
  • Official content updates automatically when its owner releases a new edition. If someone is part-way through a course, they finish the version they started.
  • Courses and source material are treated differently. A course is made to be read, and opens in full to people with access. Source material (lecture transcripts, books, concept notes and expert knowledge packs) is used only to make answers. It’s never shown to you as a page, listed or downloaded, and answers drawn from it are in the AI’s own words, citing the teaching by name. Your own material keeps exact citations.
  • If your access ends because the plan ends or a refund is made, the content and its search index are removed from your vault. Your own notes about it stay with you.
  • If an item is withdrawn, or an Expert is taken down, after you acquired it, you keep what you acquired. It gets no further updates and carries a notice saying so.

7.3 Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent: Copyright Agent, 1WD LLC, help@wplaunchify.com. Include:

  1. your signature;
  2. the work you believe is infringed;
  3. the material and where it’s found;
  4. your contact details;
  5. a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn’t authorized;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you’re authorized to act.

We’ll remove or disable the material and notify the person who posted it. That person may send a counter-notice. We end the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

7.4 Content from YouTube and other platforms

When a library, course or Expert is built from public videos, we link to and embed the original under that platform’s terms. We keep our own summaries, short quotes and time-coded references, not full transcripts, unless the owner has given permission or the material is their own. We collect material only by means the platform allows. Featured people can join as Partners or ask for removal under the Take-Down Policy.

7.5 Public-Knowledge Experts

Some Experts are AI representations inspired by and based on knowledge a real person has published in the public realm, such as their public videos, interviews, talks and writings (“Public-Knowledge Experts”).

  • Not the person. A Public-Knowledge Expert is not that person. It doesn’t speak for them, and isn’t endorsed by them unless it carries the Partner mark. Even then, it’s an AI, not the person.
  • What it’s for. It describes, explains and discusses that person’s published knowledge, with sources, so you can learn from it and go back to the original.
  • What it isn’t. It isn’t a portrayal of the person’s private life, private views or relationships, and it isn’t a recreation of their voice or appearance.
  • Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. They aren’t statements by the person.
  • Removal. The person can ask for removal under the Take-Down Policy, or join as a Partner.

Conduct rules every Public-Knowledge Expert follows:

  1. It never says it is the person, and never claims to be human. If asked, it says it’s an AI based on their published work.
  2. It speaks in the third person about the person’s teaching (“[Name]’s teaching on sleep says…”).
  3. It never invents personal experiences, private opinions, relationships, or contact with anyone in the conversation.
  4. It never endorses a product, service, person or cause on the person’s behalf, and never says the person recommends MinuteLaunch.
  5. No cloned voice, and no video or photo animation, of a person who hasn’t joined.
  6. Where the published record says nothing, it says so rather than guessing.
  7. Health, legal and money answers are general information, never personal treatment, dosing or case instructions, and suggest a qualified professional.
