6.1 AI assistants
Fernando (Coach), Hub experts and other AI features are computer programs. They aren’t people, and they aren’t licensed professionals.
Their answers come from AI models, from the content in your vault, from course packs and libraries you have access to, and from web searches. Answers can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or biased, even when they sound confident.
Check anything important against a reliable source or a qualified professional before acting on it.
When an answer cites a lesson, document or source, the citation helps you check it. It doesn’t guarantee the answer is correct.
Experts based on real people are always an AI, never the person. They answer from that person’s published teaching, in the third person, with “AI” on their badge and a note at the top of every conversation: “AI, not [Name]. Answers are based on [Name]’s published teaching, and [Name] has not reviewed them.” They never claim a licence, and never say the person reviewed or recommends anything.
Images, voices and other generated media are synthetic. Don’t present them as real recordings or real people.
6.2 Not medical, legal or financial advice
Nothing in the Services is medical, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Using the Services doesn’t create a doctor-patient, attorney-client or other professional relationship with 1WD.
Health courses and content from doctors or publishers are educational. They’re the views of their authors, not 1WD, and aren’t personalized care.
Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or other qualified clinician about your health, medications, doses and interactions. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
6.3 ML Health
ML Health is a private filing cabinet for your own and your family’s health records.
It shows where a value sits against published reference ranges. It doesn’t interpret results, label them as good or bad, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment.
Values can be out of date. Always check the date of a result.
Questions about doses and drug interactions go to a pharmacist or clinician.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to keep records about other people, such as family members.
