MinuteLaunchAffiliate Agreement
8.1 How it works
- You share your personal referral link. When someone buys a MinuteLaunch plan through your link, you earn a level 1 commission.
- If someone joins the affiliate program through your link, you earn a level 2 commission on the sales they make. Level 2 is half of their level 1 amount. Nobody beyond level 2 is paid.
- Commissions are paid only on the MinuteLaunch plans in the table below (Solo, Team, Pro, One Site and Agency). No commission is paid on Campaigns, MinuteLaunch Apps, MinuteLaunch Library or other purchases.
- When someone invited into a vault starts a vault of their own through “Get your own vault”, the vault owner who invited them is credited as their affiliate.
- A sale is credited to the most recent affiliate link the buyer used within 30 days before buying (“last click”), as recorded by our system. Our records decide credit.
8.2 Commission amounts

- Commissions are earned on the first payment and on every renewal the customer actually pays, for as long as they remain a paying customer and you remain in good standing.
- Commissions are fixed amounts. Payment processing fees and our standard payout fees are paid by 1WD and don’t reduce your commission.
- We may change amounts or add or remove products with 30 days’ notice. Changes don’t affect commissions already earned.
8.3 Holding period, refunds and clawbacks
- Every commission is held for 60 days after the payment it comes from, to cover the time banks take to report disputes and any refund the law requires. After the hold, it becomes payable.
- Once you’re an established affiliate, we may shorten your hold to 30 days. As a guide, that means at least 90 days active, at least 5 paid sales, and a low refund and dispute rate. We may move you back to 60 days at any time.
- If a sale is refunded or disputed during the hold, its commission is cancelled. During a dispute it’s frozen, and it’s released if we win.
- If a sale is refunded or charged back after its commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your future commissions. If no future commissions cover it within 90 days, you agree to repay it.
8.4 Getting paid
- Payable commissions are paid monthly, once your payable balance is at least $25, by bank transfer through Stripe.
- To be paid, complete the secure “Get paid” form. Your bank details go directly to Stripe, not to us. Provide a tax form (W-9 for U.S. affiliates, W-8 for others).
- We pay standard U.S. bank transfer fees. Wire, debit card, cross-border and currency conversion fees, if you choose those methods, are deducted from the payment.
- You’re responsible for your own taxes. We’ll issue tax forms (such as a 1099) where the law requires.
- Your affiliate statement shows every commission earned, held, cancelled, paid and deducted, tied to the sale it came from.
8.5 Rules for promoting
- Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as the FTC’s Endorsement Guides require. For example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.”
- Be truthful. Don’t make health, income or results claims we haven’t approved. Don’t promise medical outcomes.
- No spam. Email only people who agreed to hear from you, and follow CAN-SPAM and anti-spam laws.
- Don’t buy ads on our brand names (MinuteLaunch, Ask Fernando, 1WD), or misspellings of them, and don’t pretend to be us.
- No self-referrals. You can’t earn commission on your own purchases, or on purchases by your household, company or accounts you control.
- No cash-back, rebate or incentive schemes, and no coupon sites, unless we approve them in writing.
- Use our brand only as we provide it, and stop using it when this agreement ends.
- Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may cancel commissions and end your participation if these rules are broken. Commissions from fraud or prohibited methods are never payable.
8.6 Your relationship with us
You’re an independent contractor, not an employee, partner or agent of 1WD. You can’t make promises or sign agreements for us. An Expert Partner may also be an affiliate; the two programs are separate.
8.7 Ending the agreement
Either side may end this agreement at any time by notice. Commissions payable at that time are paid at the next payout, minus any deductions owed. If it ends for breach or fraud, unpaid commissions are forfeited. No commissions are earned after it ends.
8.8 Other terms
Our records of clicks, sales, refunds and disputes decide commissions, unless they contain an obvious error. Liability is limited to the commissions paid or payable to you in the previous 12 months. Disputes follow section 3 (complaint first, then arbitration in Lake County, Illinois). Illinois law applies.
